 Items will be shipped via UPS. If your order is large or heavy, it will be shipped via a freight carrier.

Please reach out to us within 10 days of receiving any damaged, incomplete, or defective items to arrange for pickup and return. To initiate an RMA, call 404-600-9506 or email sales@8linesource.com.

For all other returns, please contact us within 10 days to request credit. A restocking fee may apply to all returns. Returns will not be credited without prior authorization. When returning a product, ensure the RMA number is clearly marked on the box.

Custom-made products may not be returned.

It is the purchaser's responsibility to inspect and test-run all machines to ensure proper functionality and compliance with jurisdictional codes. Additionally, the purchaser is solely responsible for adhering to local gaming laws, and 8 Line Source LLC assumes no liability in this regard.
 

We use only new components in our products unless explicitly stated as USED on our website. No used, reconditioned, or factory-second parts are included unless clearly advertised.

We offer toll-free tech support for the lifetime of the product to the original purchaser. Game settings can be easily adjusted over the phone by anyone who contacts us
